Banana rolls: easy to make and super delicious!

INGREDIENTS

Bananas
1 tbsp Ghee
Slice bread
2 eggs
2 tbsp sugar
2 cardamom
4 tbsp milk

Salt
Kosher salt

METHOD

Peel a banana. Cut it in half and cut slices along the middle. Add ghee to a pan and place the banana slices until golden brown.
Cut the edge off several slices of bread and roll them flat with a rolling pin. Pour two eggs on a plate, add sugar, cardamom, milk and salt and mix.
Place a slice of banana on a slice of bread. Add kosher salt.
Pour some egg mixture on the edges and close the bread.
Then place the rolls in the egg mixture until covered.
Add Ghee in a pan and cook the rolls until golden brown.
