1. Cut the tomatoes in slices and put them in a pan.

3. Pour the yolk into the cookie cutter and the egg white between the cookie cutter and the food-ring mold.
4. Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Serve it over a slice of toasted bread and season with salt and pepper.
