Deep-Fried chocolate pops: a few ingredients to make a delicious treat!

INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
• Sticks
• Eggs
• Milk
• Icing sugar
• Oil
• Flour
• White chocolate
• Dark chocolate
• Hazelnut Chocolate
METHOD
- Fit a hazelnut chocolate on the stick.
- Mix egg yolks, milk, icing sugar and oil. Add flour and mix again.
- Beat egg whites, then add to the previous mixture slowly.
- Put the chocolate with the stick into the mixture until well covered and fry.
- Melt white chocolate and draw lines with dark chocolate on top to form a grid.
- Dip the chocolate with the stick in the chocolate and turn.
- Wait for the chocolate to dry.
