1. 3 ingredient chocolate cake
INGREDIENTS
hazelnut spread
400g cookies
125g plain yogurt
METHOD
1. Crush the cookies and combine them with the yogurt
2. Press the mixture onto the bottom of a springform cake pan.
3. Fill with the hazelnut spread and cover with a second layer of the cookie crust.
4. Dust with cocoa powder and refrigerate for 60 minutes.

2. Beat the egg whites and add to the first batter.
3. Put the batter in a cake or plumcake pan and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.

70g puffed rice
powdered sugar q.b.
METHOD
1. Melt the milk chocolate and combine with hazelnut cream.
2. Then add the puffed rice.
3. Pour the puffed rice and the cream over a parchment paper sheet.
4. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
5. Spread with powdered sugar.
