1. Ham and cheese egg cups
INGREDIENTS
• 8 Eggs
• Onion
• Cheese
• Salt and pepper
• Milk
• Ham
• Baking powder
 
METHOD
  1. Put oil in a skillet, add the onion in small cubes and stir.
  2. Cut a piece of ham into strips and add to the pan.
  3. Put the mixture in a muffin tray then add cheese in strips.
  4. Beat 8 eggs, add salt, pepper, milk and baking powder.
  5. Pour into the muffin tray and bake for 18 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF).

Bread egg 
INGREDIENTS
Bread

Circle cutter
Butter
 
METHOD
1.Flatten a slice of bread.
2.With a circle cutter cut a circle.
3.Spread butter in a muffin tray and put the circle in the hole in the tray.
4.Pour an egg and bake for 15m 180°C.
 
Cheese egg
  INGREDIENTS
Grated potatoes
Grated cheese
Egg
Hot sauce
 
METHOD
1.Grate potato and add grated cheese.
2.Spray oil in the tray. Place the potato and cheese mixture in and crush. 3.Bake for 10m at 180ºC. Take it out of the oven and pour a little hot sauce in, then add an egg. Bake for 15 min at 180ºC.
 
Mix egg
  INGREDIENTS
Onion
Bacon
Red pepper
Cheese
Egg
Salt and pepper
Oil spray
 
METHOD
1.Pour two eggs in a bowl.
2.Cut red peppers, onion, cheese and bacon in pieces and add to the bowl with the eggs and mix.
3.Spray oil in the muffin tray, pour some of the mixture into each muffin space and bake for 15 min at 180ºC.

Pineapple
  INGREDIENTS
Silicone muffin tray 
Vanilla cake mix 
Pineapple slices 
Glacier cherries in syrup 
Icing sugar
 
METHOD:
Place pineapple slices in the bottom of the muffin tray. Put a cherry in the middle of each pineapple slice. Pour in the cake mix. 
Bake for 7 minutes at 180°C
Remove the muffins from the tray and pour over some of the cherry syrup and icing sugar to serve.

Silicone muffin tray

Oil 
Brush
 
METHOD
Brush the muffin tray with oil. 
Put an egg in each muffin hole and sprinkle over salt and pepper. Bake for 10 minutes at 160°C.
 
Sauce
  INGREDIENTS
Silicone muffin tray 
Left over pasta sauce 
Pot 
Pasta
 
METHOD
Fill the muffin tray with leftover sauce and freeze.
 
Fruit slices
INGREDIENTS
Silicone muffin tray 
Limon / lime slices
Water
 
METHOD
Place a slice of lemon and another of lime in each hole of the muffin tray. Fill with water and freeze 
Place a few ice blocks in a jug, filled with water.
