1. How to use ripe bananas
INGREDIENTS
2 ripe bananas, peeled
1 cup pancake mix
½ tsp cinnamon
1 cup milk
Frying oil
Icing sugar for serving

METHOD
1. In a bowl, use a fork to mash bananas.
2. Add pancake mixture, cinnamon and milk. Beat together.
3. Fry in preheated oil. About 1 tablespoon per pancake.
4. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, until they become golden brown and cooked in the middle.
5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

3. Upside down banana cake
INGREDIENTS
• 200g Sugar
• 50g Water
• 15g butter
• 6-7 Bananas
• 4 Egg Yolks
• 50g water
• 50g Milk
• 60g vegetable oil
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 80g flour
• 10g corn starch
• 1/2 tsp. baking powder
• a pinch of salt
• 4 egg white
• 105g sugar powder
• 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
METHOD
Melt the sugar with water, boil the golden caramel and add butter
Pour into the bottom of the form, add bananas
Mix in a bowl water, milk and vegetable oil.
Add flour, starch, baking powder and salt, mix
Add yolks and vanilla
In a separate bowl, beat the whites with powdered sugar and cream of tartar.
Add egg whites to the yolks and pour on bananas.
Bake 160°С/320°F 40-50 minutes
Allow to cool for 10 minutes.

120g Brown sugar
6g Baking powder
Salt
200g Flour
Cinnamon q.b.
2 Eggs
a pinch of Baking soda
120g Butter
Walnuts q.b.
Chocolate chips q.b.
METHOD:
1. Make a banana purea.
2. Meanwhile, mix the butter with the sugar, then add the eggs.
3. Add the bananas to the mixture and mix everything with the flour.
4. Add baking powder and baking soda.
5. Finally add nuts and chocolate chips to dare a touch of flavour.
6. Pour the mixture into a plumcake mold. Place the banana slices on the dough.
7. Bake at 180° C/ 360° F for 60 minutes.
8. Serve warm.
