• Muffin tray
• 2 cups spinach
• Pepper
• Salt
• 3 egg whites
• 1 Roma tomato
• Cheese
• 2 cups spinach

METHOD
1. Spray oil in the muffin tray.
2. Fill with spinach, diced tomato and egg white.
3. Add salt, pepper and cheese squares.
4. Bake for 15 minutes at 180º C (350ºF)
