4 baked fruit chips: a healthy and fast snack to prepare!

Apple
INGREDIENTS:
Apple
Cinnamon
Sugar
METHOD:
1.Cut the apple into slices. Put them on a baking sheet.
2.Mix cinnamon powder and sugar and sprinkle on the apples.
3.Bake for 120ºC for 2 and a half hours. Flip the apple half-way.
Plantain
INGREDIENTS:
Plantain
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
METHOD:
1.Peel the plantain and cut it into slices. Place it on a baking sheet and brush olive oil on each slice.
2.Mix garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Sprinkle over the plantain slices.
3.Bake at 180ºC for 30 minutes. Flip the plantain half-way.
Persimmon
INGREDIENTS:
Persimmon
Cinnamon
Cardamom
Ginger
Allspice
Cloves
Nutmeg
METHOD:
1.Cut the persimmon into slices. Put them on a baking sheet.
2.Mix cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, all spice, cloves, nutmeg. Sprinkle on the slices.
3.Bake at 120ºC for 1 hr. Flip the persimmon in between.
Pineapple
INGREDIENTS:
Pineapple
Lime
Chili powder
Salt
Olive oil
METHOD:
1.Peel the pineapple and cut it into slices. Put them on a baking sheet.
2.Mix salt with chili powder. Spread some olive oil over each slice and sprinkle the mixture on top.
3.Bake at 90ºC for 2 hours.
