3 Marshamallow mini recipes: easy and tasty snacks to try!

Marshmallow sandwich

INGREDIENTS:

Marshmallows

Chocolate

Graham crackers

METHOD:

1.Place several graham crackers in a tray.

2.Place two pieces of chocolate on each cracker and 3 marshmallows on top.

3.Put more crackers on top to create a sandwich and bake for 5 minutes at 200ºC.

Marshmallow cups

INGREDIENTS:

Mini marshmallows

Chocolate chips

Graham crackers

Ziploc bag

Rolling pin

Butter

Sugar

METHOD:

1.Put several crackers in a Ziploc bag and mash them. Add melted butter and sugar and mix.

2.Sprinkle some oil and place the mixture in a muffin tray and crush to solidify. Bake for 5 minutes at 170ºC.

3.Add mini marshmallows and chocolate chips. Put more cracker mixture on top and push down again. Bake for 2-3 minutes.

4.Add more marshmallows and chocolate chips and bake for 3 more minutes.

Marshmallow snickers

INGREDIENTS:

¼ cup butter

1 package marshmallows

6 cups puffed rice

1-½ cups salted peanuts

2 cups caramels

3 tbsp heavy cream

1 ½ cups milk chocolate chips

METHOD:

1.Line a baking dish with parchment paper.

2.In a large saucepan, melt the butter and add the marshmallows, stir until combine.

Add the rice and mix well.

3.Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

4.Sprinkle the peanuts over the top of the rice mixture.

5.Microwave caramels with heave cream until completely melted

6.Pour the caramel sauce over the top of the peanut layer.

7.Place the chocolate chips in a bowl and microwave until fully melted.

8.Pour the melted chocolate over the caramel layer.

9.Chill for 1 hour before cutting.
