Chocolate Roll

INGREDIENTS:

Acetate sheet

Melted White chocolate

Pipping bag

Strawberries

Chocolate syrup

Pegs

Whipped cream

METHOD:

1.Melt white chocolate and place it in a pipping bag.

2.On an acetate form a rectangle of lines with the chocolate. Allow to dry for 5-10 minutes, roll and place two pegs to prevent unrolling.

3.Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.

4.Carefully remove the chocolate from the acetate, decorate a plate with chocolate syrup, strawberries, cream and place the chocolate roll on top.

INGREDIENTS:

Dark chocolate

Metal bowl

Pipping bag

METHOD:

1.Place melted chocolate in a pipping bag

2.Place a bowl upside down and with the chocolate, make strips along the bowl horizontally until a band of 8-10 cm is obtained. Form 3 circles of different sizes with the chocolate.

3.Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

4.Carefully remove the chocolate from the bowl.

5.Place the chocolate disks from big to small and stick with melted chocolate. Glue the chocolate bowl on top and place several chocolates on it.
