Apples recipe you'll love!

Apple and Custard Cake:
Ingredients:
200g Caster Sugar.
200g Softened Butter.
4 Eggs.
2 Tbsp Milk.
5 Apples.
Custard
Velvet Sugar
Flaked Almonds

Instructions:
Mix together the sugar and softened butter.
Beat the eggs and mix them into the butter and sugar mix along with the milk.
Now sift in the flour and baking powder and whisk to form a thick batter.
Peel and core your apples and put them into acidulated water (lemon juice and water mix) to prevent browning.
Line a 23cm cake tin with baking parchment.
Arrange the apples and then pour in the batter ensuring that the core remains free of cake batter.
Bake in the oven at 190°C or 375F for 40 minutes or until cooked.
Remove from the tin and allow to cool.
Pipe the custard into the holes in the apples.
Drizzle with velvet sugar and add flaked almonds.

Ingredients:
10 oz apple pie filling
2 pie crusts
2 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 pie crusts
2 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Preparation:
Blend apple pie filling until almost smooth.
Spread apple mixture evenly between two pie crusts.
With a pizza roller, cut 1-inch wide fry shapes going vertically down the crust.
Brush fries with egg wash over
Mix sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Sprinkle sugar mixture over fries.
Bake at 180°C/350°F for 20 min
Serve with caramel

1 tbsp granulated sugar
4 tbsp cinnamon sugar
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup yogurt
3 large eggs
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon
4 tbsp unsalted butter
4 tart cooking apples
Powdered sugar for dusting

METHOD
In medium bowl whisk flour, 1 tablespoon sugar, and salt to combine. Add in milk, yogurt, eggs, and vanilla.
Heat butter in the pan over medium heat until melted. Add apples and cinnamon-sugar to a pan. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes.
Pour batter over apples and immediately place pan in the oven.
Bake at 425°F/220°C for 15 minutes.
Cool pan for about 15 minutes, then carefully transfer pancake onto the serving plate. Dust with powdered sugar.
