Tuna appetizers that are ready in a flash

Multicolor finger sandwiches:
INGREDIENTS
2tsp mayonnaise
drained tuna
6 slices of crustless bread
pesto
tomatoes
lettuce
cream cheese
salami
bologna

DIRECTIONS
Fill each layer with something different. We chose: tuna and mayo, pesto and tomatoes, lettuce, salami, bologna and cream cheese. Once the layers are all stacked up, refrigerate it for at least an hour. Once ready, divide it into 9 parts. Serve with a wooden skewer and a green olive.

Quick summer sandwich:
INGREDIENTS
cucumber
sandwich bread
tzatziki
tuna
cherry tomatoes
DIRECTIONS
1, Slice the cucumber into very thin slices and place them side by side, in a row.
2. Place the sandwich bread over the cucumber slices. Start filling the sandwich.
3. Add the tzatziki sauce and the tuna, another slice of bread and the cherry tomatoes.
4. Close the sandwich with one last slice of bread and top with more cucumber slices.
5. Cut the sandwich into 4 parts and serve cool.

tramezzino bread

DIRECTIONS
Prepare the filling by combining the cream cheese with the mayonnaise, tuna, diced cherry tomatoes, lettuce, and salt. Spread this mixture over three slices of crustless tramezzino bread. Wrap the ‘cake’ in plastic wrap and refrigerate for a couple of hours. Once you are ready to serve it, decorate it some arugula, cherry tomatoes, and some olive oil!
