How to whip egg whites with a bottle!

This is a must-try!

INGREDIENTS
 350 g egg whites
 2 tbsp flour
 Salt
 Tomato sauce
 Mozzarella
 Parmesan flakes
 Empty plastic bottle
 
METHOD
  1. Pour egg whites into a bottle. Shake until white and fluffy. Add a pinch of salt and the flour and shake again.
  2. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet and spread out evenly. Bake for 10 minutes at 200 ° C (392 ° F).
  3. Pour tomato sauce all over the egg white base. Add mozzarella cheese and parmesan.
  4. Bake for another 10 minutes at 200 ° C (392 ° F). Cut into slices and fold over to serve.
