Whipped whites pancakes: here’s how to make them tall and fluffy!

INGREDIENTS
2 egg whites
salt
1 tsp sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp oil
3 tbsp flour
1 tsp baking powder

DIRECTIONS
1. Beat the egg whites together with a pinch of salt and sugar.
2. In the meantime, beat the egg yolk with the sugar, oil, flour, and the baking powder.
3. Gradually mix together the two batters. The batter should be foamy.
4. Pour two spoons of the batter in the pan and let it cook covered for about 5 minutes on low heat.
5. Serve with powdered sugar and maple syrup.
