Spring rolls: the recipe to make the Chinese snacks at home

Ingredients:
10 spring roll wrappers
2 tbsps of oil
60 gr of julienned carrots
60 grof julienned cabbages
60 gr of ounces of halved Shimeji mushrooms
60 gr of finely chopped wood ear mushrooms
60 gr of julienned snow peas
2 tbsps of oyster sauce
1 tsp of soy sauce
A pinch of salt
A pinch of pepper
A pinch of sugar
A dash of sesame oil
60 gr of chopped glass noodles
1 tsp of cornstarch water mix with 1 tbsp of water
2 tbsps of water mix with 3 tbsps of water
