Cup of chocolate

INGREDIENTS
300g dark chocolate
100g milk
50g cream
1 tsp vanilla
2 egg yolks
60g sugar
10g cornstarch
15g gelatine powder
1/4 cup water
80g white chocolate
whipped cream
cocoa
 
METHOD
Wrap a saucer with plastic wrap.
Melt the chocolate and cover the saucer with it. Chill for 20 min.
Print a cup handle, then place the parchment paper on top and copy with the chocolate, let them firm for 5-10 minutes.
Wrap a bottle with parchment paper, spread melted chocolate on a plastic wrap and cover bottle with it. Chill for 15 min.
 
Mix water with gelatin.
Beat egg yolks, cornstarch and sugar with handle mixer.
Heat milk, vanilla and cream together, add milk mixture to the egg yolks.
Mix cream on the low heat for 4-5 minutes.
Add white chocolate and let it cool.
