Kurtos: an easy and tasty recipe

INGREDIENTS
350g flour
10g dry yeast
salt
1 egg
1 tbsp sugar
5 tbsp sugar
30g olive oil
200 ml milk
70 g melted butter
Cinnamon
Sugar
Hazelnuts

PREPARATION
Combine dry yeasts, warm milk and 1 tbsp sugar.
Add flour, sugar, salt, and olive oil and stir to form a stiff dough.
Cover and let rise about 1 hour.
Roll the potato chip container with a foil. Grease containers with melted butter.
Divide dough into three parts, roll one part of the dough into a circle.
Using a pizza knife cut a spiral and roll the spiral around container with a foil.
Grease the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar and nuts.
Bake at 350°F/180°C for 10 min.
