How to make an incredible brioche pastry bread

INGREDIENTS
50 g butter
50 g sugar
150 ml milk
500g flour
1 pack of dry yeast
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
200 g apricot jam
Some chocolate sauce
Some fresh berries (eg raspberries, blueberries)
violet sugar

METHOD
Mix butter, sugar and milk, heat the ingredients.
In a large bowl, mix flour, dry yeast, eggs and salt
Add the heated milk mixture and mix
Leave covered for an hour
Roll the dough flat to a rectangle and spread it evenly with jam
Use a pizzaroller to cut the dough into squares
Stack the dough squares up into a box shape. 
Bake the cake at 150°C for 40 minutes
Garnish with violet sugar and berries
