How to make pancakes pops with strawberries and chocolate

Pancake pops

Ingredients/Materials:
• Melted chocolate
• Whipping cream
• Strawberries (10)
• Icing sugar
• 1 cup Pancake mix
• 1 Cup water or milk (as per pancake mix instructions)
• Vegetable oil
• Frying pan
• Baking paper
• Baking tray
• Wooden skewers

Method:
Remove stalks from the strawberry and put a wooden stick through the end. Coat the strawberry with melted chocolate. Repeat. Place the 10 strawberries on a lined baking tray. Put in the freezer for 1-2 hours until chilled. Make the pancake mix in a bowl. Dip the strawberry until it is completely covered in the mixture. Cook it in hot vegetable oil. Do the same with the remaining 9 strawberries. Serve on a plate and dust with icing sugar.
