Onion muffin tray: the trick to make them delicious!

INGREDIENTS
6 onions
Olive oil
Butter
Fresh garlic
Thyme
Salt and pepper
Breadcrumbs

METHOD
1. Cut the onion in 4. Place each sliced onion in a muffin tray hole.
2. Pour olive oil into each. Add a piece of butter in the center of each onion. Add garlic, salt, pepper and thyme.
3. Bake for 30 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF).
