1) Cucumber bows

METHOD

1. Make several thin slices of a cucumber with a peeler.
2. Cut one in half horizontally and make another vertical cut.
3. Bring the ends of a cucumber slice together and use a cut in the center to form a bow. Use a toothpick to secure the bow then add mozzarella pearls and a cherry tomato.

2) Cheese rose

METHOD

1. Cut the cheese slices in half. Roll one up very tight and continue to roll each half until you have a rose.
2. Place in a small glass vase and open the petals a little with your hands.

3) Floreal salami

METHOD

1. Fold the salami in half and wrap it around a cherry tomato. Place several around a small bowl of sauce.
2. Add cured cheese triangles around the salami.
3. Form another line of salami with cherry tomatoes and finish by decorating with blueberries.
