Chocolate bar pie: the really tasty and quick idea to try

INGREDIENTS
300g (2 1/2 cups) of all-purpose flour
80g (1/2 cup) of sugar
4g of baking powder
8g (3/4 tbsp) of vanilla sugar
80g (1/4 cup) of butter
1/2 of lemon (zest)
2 egg yolks
1 egg

METHOD
- In a bowl add the flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, butter, lemon (zest), egg yolks, and egg, and mix all together until the dough is created.
- Knead the dough until smooth and homogenous. Wrap in cling film and transfer to the fridge for 1 hour.
- After time has elapsed cut the dough in half. Roll out one half with a rolling pin and transfer it to the cake mold (mold size - 20x20cm).
- Cover the surface of the shortcrust pastry with the kinder bars and close everything with the other half of the stretched shortcrust pastry.
Sprinkle the cake with chocolate chips and bake in the oven at 180°C/360°F for 25 minutes. - Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool completely before cutting it into squares and serving.
