Marinated eggplant: how to do them quickly and easily!

INGREDIENTS
Eggplant
Garlic
Parsley
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper

METHOD
  1. Cut the eggplants into slices and roast them.
  2. Put some in a glass jar, and add salt, pepper, minced garlic, parsley, and olive oil. Repeat until the glass jar is filled and filled with olive oil.
