A simple trick to freezing and portioning meat

INGREDIENTS
Mince meat
Hermetic bag
Rolling pin
Chopsticks
Hermetic bag
Rolling pin
Chopsticks
METHOD
- Put the minced meat in an airtight bag. Use a rolling pin to flatten and push out the air. Close well.
- With a Chinese stick make several lines forming several squares. Freeze.
- Use a square of meat.
