Pasta chips with whipped feta: a delicious appetizer idea

INGREDIENTS

Pasta chips:

250g penne

2 tbsp olive oil

¼ cup parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

Salt

Dip:

230g feta cheese

170 g sour cream

1 garlic clove

2 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp olive oil

Dry tomatoes

Oregano

METHOD

Pour the pasta into a pot with salt, and let it boil. Strain and place in a glass tray.
Add garlic powder, paprika, Parmesan cheese, and olive oil and mix well. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 40 minutes.
Blend feta cheese, garlic, sour cream, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix, add a little olive oil, dried tomatoes, and oregano.
Serve the pasta on a plate with the feta dip.
