Baked bell peppers: a quick side dish for the whole family

INGREDIENTS
Red peppers
Red onion
Cherry tomatoes black olives
Capers
Olive oil
Salt
Breadcrumbs
Pine nuts
Pepper
Red onion

Breadcrumbs
Pine nuts
Pepper
METHOD
- Cut the red bell peppers into strips.
- Place on a baking tray, and add slices of red onion, halved cherry tomatoes, and black olives. Add salt, pepper, olive oil, capers, and pine nuts, and mix well.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C (356°F)
- Sprinkle over some breadcrumbs, mix and bake again for 10 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
