Cherry marshmallow: how to make them at home in a few steps!

So fluffy and delicious, everyone can do them!

INGREDIENTS
20g gelatin
Cold water
370g frozen red fruits
130g sugar

METHOD
  1. Blend the frozen fruit very well.
  2. Pour the mixture into a saucepan, add sugar and mix. Heat the mixture and bring to a boil.
  3. Meanwhile, hydrate the gelatin sheets in cold water.
  4. Remove the fruit mixture from the heat and add the gelatin. Pour into a bowl and whisk for 15 minutes.
  5. Grease a glass container and line with cling film, pour in the mixture. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 4 hours. Then cut into squares to serve.
