Peanut butter cookies: how to make them perfect!

How to make great cookies in a few steps.

INGREDIENTS
300g (3 cups) oats
¼ tsp salt
110g (½ cup) butter
390g (2 cups) brown sugar
40g (¼ cup) cocoa powder
120ml (½ cup) milk
280g (1 cup) peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla

METHOD
  1. Add the oats and salt to a bowl and mix.
  2. Add butter in a pot and melt, then add brown sugar, milk, cocoa and mix. Bring to a boil and remove from the heat.
  3. Add peanut butter and vanilla to the pot and mix very well.
  4. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the oats and mix very well until all the ingredients are incorporated.
  5. Use a spoon to scoop up some of the mixtures into a ball. Place the balls on a baking sheet and cool.
