Lemon jam: easy to preparare and with intense taste!

Make the best Lemon Jam at home with this super easy recipe. You need 3 simple ingredients only: lemons, water and sugar.
 
INGREDIENTS
700g lemons
600g sugar
Water
Vanilla essence

METHOD
  1. Cut several lemons into thin slices and boil them with plenty of water for 30 minutes.
  2. Place the cooked slices in a bowl and blend. Add a few drops of vanilla essence and mix. Add sugar and simmer again for 30 minutes.
  3. Pour into glass jars.
