Watermelon jelly candies: colorful and irresistible!

So easy to make, kids will love them!

INGREDIENTS
Watermelon juice
100g (½ cup) sugar
60ml (¼ cup) water
30g (¼ cup) corn flour
Grated coconut

METHOD
  1. Grate the watermelon to get one cup of juice. Pour it into a pan, add corn flour, and mix until thick.
  2. Mix sugar and water in a pot until you get syrup, pour into the watermelon juice mixture. Pour the mixture into a glass tray and cover with cling film. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
  3. Cut into small squares and top with grated coconut.
