Chestnut decoction: how to make a natural herbal tea using chestnut peels!

INGREDIENTS
Chestnut peel
Lemon
Water
Honey

METHOD
1. Place the chestnut peel in a pot, and add a liter and a half of water. Cook for 30 minutes.
2. Strain the water and serve in a cup with a slice of lemon and a tablespoon of honey.
