Onion lotus in the air fryer: the scenographic and tasty side dish!

INGREDIENTS
2 red onions
2 white onions

METHOD
Cut the end opposite the root of each onion.
Place the onion root side up.
Make several cuts in the shape of a flower without cutting through the root.
Place the onions in the air fryer.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF).
