Meat stuffed eggplant: an amazing hack to make a delicious dish!

This recipe is it’s a hearty, comforting, and a delight to the taste buds!
INGREDIENTS

400g (1 2/3 cup) Minced beef
1 Onion
4g (1 tsp) Pepper
4g (1 tsp) Salt
4g (1 tsp) Cumin
3 Eggplants
100g (1/3 cup) Cheese
Oil
40g (2 tbsp) Tomato sauce
Basil
METHOD
- Bake eggplants.
- In a bowl add minced beef, chopped onion, pepper, cumin and salt. Mix and make 3 balls. Spread each ball between foil.
- Remove foil and add eggplant in the middle. Cut it and fill it with cheese. Roll and leave in the fridge, put them in pan and coat with oil.
- Bake at 180C for 40 minutes. Serve with basil leaves and pour the tomato sauce over them.
