Grilled tortilla: a delicious snack idea ready in 5 minutes!

INGREDIENTS
Flour tortilla
Grated mozzarella
2 eggs
Ham slices
 
METHOD
  1. Place two overlapping tortillas on the grill.
  2. Sprinkle over some grated mozzarella in the middle.
  3. Pour in two eggs and place two or three slices of ham on top of the eggs. Add more cheese and fold the tortillas to make an envelope. Close the grill and cook until golden.
