How to make a cake with just a bottle!

Pour all the ingredients in a plastic bottle and make a delicious cake in no-time!

INGREDIENTS
210g flour
50g cocoa
200g sugar
2 eggs
100ml seed oil
200ml milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Empty 2-liter plastic bottle
 
METHOD
  1. Pour all ingredients into a plastic bottle. Put the lid on a shake until all the ingredients are mixed.
  2. Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Bake for 40 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF). Sprinkle over icing sugar.
