1) Coconut and chocolate rolls: a real treat ready in minutes!

INGREDIENTS
1 l of milk
50 gr butter
70 gr cocoa
160 gr of flour
190 gr of powdered sugar
3 tsp vanilla extract
Coconut
Whipped cream
METHOD
Boil the milk, add the sugar, how to mix the flour with the wire, then add the butter and vanilla extract.
After a large baking dish, sprinkle the coconut on baking paper, then pour out and spread the prepared mixture. Leave in the refrigerator for two hours.
Then whip the whipped cream and coat over.
Leave in the fridge for another 1h.
Cut and roll Coconut rolls.

INGREDIENTS
4 cups milk;
1 cup sugar;
1 ½ cup flour;
1 package vanilla powder;
60 g (2 oz) butter;
3 cups orange juice;
2 tbsp flour;
½ cup powdered sugar;
1 tbsp cornstarch;
2 cups shredded coconut;
butter.
METHOD
Combine milk, sugar, flour and vanilla powder over medium-low heat. Cook, stirring with a whisk, until the mixture gets very thick (around 10 minutes).
Add cold butter and, using a blender, blend it in with a thick milk base.
Cover the bottom of a regular baking pan with butter, sprinkle shredded coconut to cover completely.
Pour milk base into a prepared pan and spread around forming an even layer. Let set in the fridge completely.
Meanwhile heat orange juice with flour, powdered sugar and cornstarch until thick. Let cool down slightly, then pour over the coconut layer. Let set in the fridge.
Slice set the layer to make 12 squares. Roll each one as shown on the video and serve.

INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup icing sugar
• 1 cup flour
• 3 tbsp cocoa
• 1 packet vanilla
• 50g butter
• 1 cup cream
• 1.5 packs of cocoa cookies
METHOD
Sprinkle cookies on a large baking sheet. Take in a pan all the necessary ingredients for custard, except for vanilla and butter, stir well and cook on a stove to a boil, then add butter and vanilla.
Spread the powdered cookies on a sprinkled tray, and after it is heated, leave it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours, put the whipped cream and wrap it, then wrap it in shape, as in the video.
