1) Steak-Stuffed Garlic Bread Baguette: a super easy appetizer all your guests will love!
INGREDIENTS
• Oil
• Butter
• Ribeye steak
• Salt
• Pepper
• Butter
• Rosemary
• Garlic
• Baguette
• Parmesan
• Parsley
METHOD
Cut the meat in two long slices.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Put the pieces of meat a pan with very hot oil. Add some butter, rosemary and garlic. Baste with the melted butter.
Cut a baguette in half and remove the crumb.
Place the meat in the bread hole.
Mix melted butter with garlic, Parmesan cheese and parsley.
Pour the mixture over the bread and bake at 175ºC (350ºF) for 20 minutes.

• Fresh bread (baguette)
• ½ tsp sea salt
• ½ pepper
• Sweet onion
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 garlic clove
• 2-4 tbsp mayonnaise
METHOD
Cut the bread in half.
Add garlic to the butter and mix.
Spread the butter on the bread.
Brown the bread inside in a pan.
Refrigerate the ribeye for 30 minutes and cut into thin pieces.
Cut onion into small cubes and fry in a pan until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Cook the meat in a pan. Add salt and pepper.
Add the onion and finish cooking.
Divide the meat into 2 portions.
Place a slice of provolone cheese on each serving.
Spread mayonnaise on the bread and place on top of the meat.
Close the bread and serve.

INGREDIENTS
• 200g Chicken fillet
• 1 Onion
• 300g mushrooms
• Salt
• Pepper
• 1 tbsp flour
• 200 ml cream
• Baguette bread
• 100ml milk
• Chopped parsley
• Chopped dill
• 50g mayonnaise
• 100g cheese
METHOD
Cut onion into squares and fry until golden brown.
Add sliced mushrooms and mix.
Add flour, salt, pepper and cream.
Add cooked chicken and mix.
Cut a baguette into 5 cm pieces.
Soak in a bowl with milk and place on a baking sheet.
Use a glass to form a hole in each bread.
Stuff with the chicken and mushroom mixture.
Mix mayonnaise with parsley and dill and add to each bread.
Add grated cheese and bake for 10 minutes at 200ºC (392ºF).
