Cream muffin: easy to make and super tasty!

They are perfect for a delicious breakfast or a sweet snack!
INGREDIENTS
370g strong flour
100g sugar
7g instant yeast
1 tsp Mahlepi
1 vanila sugar
110g lukewarm milk
1 egg
40g orange juice
50g melted butter
pastry cream
1 egg for brushing
Powdered sugar
METHOD
- Pour the flour into the pan, add the sugar, yeast, marshmallows, vanilla sugar, lukewarm milk, egg, orange juice, melted butter and mix the ingredients into a fine paste. Put the dough in an oiled pan, cover it with foil and leave it warm until it gets double-sized.
- Divide the dough into balls weighing 80 grams, then arrange in butter soufflé molds. Leave it warm until they get down. Fill them with pastry cream, then coat the balls with an egg and bake at 175 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
- After they have cooled, sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
