Egg in a Bagel Hole: the perfect breakfast idea!

This Egg in a Hole Breakfast Bagel ain't just a pretty face, it's absolutely delicious! Better still it's so incredibly easy to make!

INGREDIENTS
• Bagels
• Serrano Ham
• Eggs
• Melon
• Parsley
• Mayonnaise
 
METHOD
  1. Cut the bagels in half horizontally. Then make the hole a little bigger.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on the cut side.
  3. Place them face down and place a slice of serrano ham in the hole.
  4. Pour an egg over the ham in the hole.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes at 204ºC (400ºF).
  6. Serve with melon balls and parsley.
