4 ice cream fruit you can make easily at home!

1. Pineapple and Coconut Tropical Popsicles
INGREDIENTS
1 Medium Pineapple
400g Coconut Milk

METHOD
- Cut up the pineapple into chunks then blend in a blender.
- Pour this puree in to 300ml cups filling up between half and two thirds of the way.
- Take a 50ml plastic shot glass and press into the middle of this puree then top up with water to hold it into place.
- Place in the freezer for 4 hours or until firm.
- Remove the plastic shot glasses then top up with coconut milk.
- Freeze for an hour until the coconut milk forms a frozen crust.
- Poke in the lolly sticks then freeze over night.
2. Watermelon popsicles
INGREDIENTS
19 oz cubed seedless watermelon (about 3 1/2 cups)
5 1/2 Tbsp granulated sugar , divided
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup canned coconut milk , well shaken
13 oz kiwi
1 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
Green Gel Colour

METHOD
- In a blender, add watermelon, 2 Tbsp granulated sugar and lemon juice and puree. Pour watermelon mixture into popsicles molds filling each about 2/3.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips over tops and mix. Freeze 3 1/2 hours.
- Mix together coconut milk with 1 1/2 Tbsp sugar until sugar has dissolved.
- Pour a tablespoon coconut milk over watermelon layer, freeze for 45 minutes.
- Put kiwi to blender with 2 Tbsp granulated sugar. Using a fine mesh strainer remove seeds.
- Pour 1 Tbsp kiwi mixture over coconut layer. Freeze for 2 - 3 hours.
3. Ice cream yogurt
METHOD
Press the biscuits into a cooking bag and pour into a bowl, add the melted butter and mix everything. Take a yogurt and add 3/4 spoons of chopped cookies, put a stick and freeze for 5 hours. Enjoy this cool and greedy snack!
4. Instant fruit ice cream
INGREDIENTS
100g cantaloupe
100g peach
100g pineapple
300g Greek yogurt
mint leaves
100g cantaloupe

METHOD
- Dice any fruit you prefer. Put the diced fruit into a freezer bag and freeze.
- Once the fruit has hardened, put the frozen fruit in a blender with some mint leaves and the Greek yogurt.
- Blend everything together and serve.
