Breakfast Egg Muffins 4 Ways: too easy and delicious to not try!

1. Egg white breakfast cups
INGREDIENTS
• Muffin tray
• 2 cups spinach
• Pepper
• Salt
• 3 egg whites
• 1 Roma tomato
• Cheese
METHOD
1. Spray oil in the muffin tray.
2. Fill with spinach, diced tomato and egg white.
3. Add salt, pepper and cheese squares.
4. Bake for 15 minutes at 180º C (350ºF)

METHOD
1.Place a slice of ham in each hole of the muffin tray.
2.Put an egg on top of each ham. Add salt, paprika.
3.Bake at 190ºC for 15 minutes.
3. Tortilla eggs
INGREDIENTS
4 Eggs
1/4 cup sour cream
½ cup parmesan cheese
Diced green and red pepper and onion
6 tortillas
Salt and pepper
METHOD
1.Beat 4 eggs in a bowl, stir in red, green pepper, onion, salt and pepper.
2.Cut the tortillas into circles the size of the holes in the muffin tray and stick them there.
3.Pour the egg mixture in each tortilla and bake for 15 minutes at 180ºC, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and return to the oven for 5 more minutes.

2.With a circle cutter cut a circle.
3.Spread butter in a muffin tray and put the circle in the hole in the tray.
4.Pour an egg and bake for 15m 180°C.
5. Cheese egg

Grated potatoes
Grated cheese
Egg
Hot sauce
METHOD
1.Grate potato and add grated cheese.
2.Spray oil in the tray. Place the potato and cheese mixture in and crush. 3.Bake for 10m at 180ºC. Take it out of the oven and pour a little hot sauce in, then add an egg. Bake for 15 min at 180ºC.

Bacon
Red pepper
Cheese

Salt and pepper
Oil spray
METHOD
1.Pour two eggs in a bowl.
2.Cut red peppers, onion, cheese and bacon in pieces and add to the bowl with the eggs and mix.
3.Spray oil in the muffin tray, pour some of the mixture into each muffin space and bake for 15 min at 180ºC.
