1. How to store strawberries

INGREDIENTS

Plastic buckets

Paper towel

METHOD

Put one piece of paper towel into plastic buckets, wipe up each strawberry and put into the container. Store in fridge.

2. How to store carrots

INGREDIENTS

Paper towel

Water

Aluminium foil

METHOD

Remove the green tops from the top of carrots. Water the paper towel and wrap the carrots. Now wrap the carrots again in aluminium foil. Store in fridge.

3. How to store parsley

INGREDIENTS

Aluminium foil

METHOD

Roll the parsley into aluminium foil. Store in fridge.

4. How to store coriander

INGREDIENTS

Jar

Water

Plastic bag

METHOD

Fill the jar with some water. Put the coriander into the jar. Wrap the jar into plastic bag. Store in fridge.

5. How to store avocado

INGREDIENTS

Plastic bag

METHOD

Put smashed avocado into a plastic bag. Flatten it. Store in fridge.
