INGREDIENTS:
Caramel
Baking soda
 
METHOD:
1.In a frying pan with melted caramel add a spoonful of baking soda.
2.Pour into a rectangular tray and let it harden.

Pretzel

INGREDIENTS:
Pizza dough
Baking soda

METHOD:
1.With pizza dough form several pretzels.
2.Add ¼ cup of baking soda to a pot with boiling water and place the pretzels in. Remove and bake for 20 minutes at 180ºC. Add coarse salt.
 
Omelette

INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs
½ tsp baking soda
Spinach
Mozzarella cheese.

METHOD:
1.Beat two eggs and add ½ tsp of baking soda.
2.Pour into a pan, add spinach and mozzarella cheese. Fold and serve on a plate.
 
Cooker cleaning
 
MATERIALS:
Bicarbonate (baking soda) 
Liquid soap 
Cleaning sponge and cloth 
Cleaning spray 
Vinegar 
Kitchen towel

METHOD:
1.Remove the grill and the stove. 
2.Place them in the sink. 
3.Spray the stove and clean with a cloth. 
4.Pour on some vinegar and clean it again. 
5.Wipe down with kitchen towel. 
6.Put a plug in the sink and fill it with water and liquid soap. 
7.Add 4 tablespoons of baking soda and vinegar to the water. 
8.Put all the stove parts in the water and leave for a few minutes. 
9.Scrub the parts clean one by one. 
10.Rinse and put them back in place.
