3 ingredients pudding
INGREDIENTS:
4 Eggs
250 ml Whole milk
¾ cup sugar
4 tbsp sugar and 3 tbsp water for syrup
METHOD:
1.In a pan, pour sugar and water until it boils. Mix and pour in a circular tray. Heat milk with sugar.
2.Pour the hot milk with sugar in the blender with the eggs, mix and pour into the circular tray.
3.Place a large pot on the grill, pour in some boiling water, place a steaming tray in the pot and the put the circular tray on top.
4.Cook for 30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean to ensure it is cooked. Refrigerate for one hour.
Chocolate cake
INGREDIENTS:
hazelnut spread
400g cookies
125g plain yogurt
METHOD:
1. Crush the cookies and combine them with the yogurt
2. Press the mixture onto the bottom of a springform cake pan.
3. Fill with the hazelnut spread and cover with a second layer of the cookie crust.
4. Dust with cocoa powder and refrigerate for 60 minutes.
