Edible bags for food: how to revolutionize your lunch at work!

Ingredients/materials:
• 2 ½ tbsp Potato starch
• 2 tsp Soy lecithin
• 1 tsp Vegetable glycerin
• 2 ¾ cups water
• Mixed spices
• Pot
• Baking paper
• Rice
• Nonstick sheets
• Blender

Method:
Add potato starch, soy lecithin, vegetable glycerin and water in a pot and mix well with a hand
blender. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens. Pour over a non-stick sheet
and let it dry for two days until a semi-flexible layer is obtained.
Cut it squares, fold in the shape of a triangle and place baking paper over one end. Use an iron to
seal the edge.
Fill with spice then iron the other end to create a closed bag.
Use it in freshly made rice and mix until the spice bag melts in the rice.
