Potato savory churros: the delicious finger food to enjoy during your parties!

INGREDIENTS
150 g (1 medium) potato, peeled and chopped;
150 g (1 cup) all-purpose flour;
1 egg;
50 g (4 tbsp) butter;
½ tsp each salt and pepper;
200 ml (¾ cup) water;
20 g (1 tbsp) parmesan cheese.

METHOD
- Boil potatoes in salted water until soft, then pass through the sieve and leave to cool down slightly.
- Boil ⅔ cup water with butter, until the butter has melted. Add salt, pepper, and flour. Mix until smooth pastry forms.
- Work one egg into the pastry, add some parmesan, and transfer into the piping bag.
- Preheat vegetable oil and pipe out churros. Fry for 4-5 minutes or until golden, transfer onto paper towels.
