3 amazing recipes using italian spaghetti!

Spaghetti roll:
INGREDIENTS
5 eggs
100g Emmental cheese
salt
pepper
300g spaghetti ready
ham
fresh mozzarella
cherry tomatoes
Parmesan cheese
Mozzarella cheese
METHOD
In a large bowl, whisk eggs, cheese, salt and pepper. Add spaghetti and toss to coat.
Put spaghetti mixture in the baking form and bake at 180°C/350°F for 8 minutes.
Cover spaghetti layer with ham, mozzarella cheese and cherry tomatoes.
Roll it and sprinkle with Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.
Bake at 180°C/350°F for 7 minutes and serve.

Brie and spaghetti casserole:
Ingredients:
250 g (8.8 oz) dry spaghetti;
2 eggs;
3 tbsp parsley, chopped;
½ cup bacon, fried;
1/3 cup parmesan cheese;
1 head brie cheese.

Instructions
Broke spaghetti in half and place in a jar, cover with water and cook in microwave for 8-10 minutes.
Preheat oven to 200 C (400 F).
Mix spaghetti with eggs, parsley, bacon and parmesan. Season with salt and pepper generously.
Fill cake pan with 2/3 of spaghetti mixture, making an indent in the middle for the cheese.
Put brie in the middle and cover with leftover pasta completely.
Bake for 50 minutes or until crispy and brown on the top. Serve sprinkled with parsley.

2 tablespoons fresh basil, plus more for garnish⠀

METHOD
In a small bowl mix the marinara sauce and ricotta cheese.
Lay cooked pasta out on a sushi mat. Cut the ends so you have a square.⠀
Add 3-4 tbsp of sauce, spread it, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and place a line of meatballs, roll the it and cut into slices like sushi
Garnish with fresh basil and marinara sauce.
