Chocolate filled mini cakes:
INGREDIENTS
for the batter:
4 eggs
a pinch of salt
100g sugar
130g flour
1 tsp baking powder
hazelnut cream, as needed
dark chocolate

DIRECTIONS
1. Beat the eggs together with the sugar, salt and flour. Add the baking powder. Pour the batter into a baking sheet and bake at 180°C for about 9 minutes,
2. Let it cool and cut it into 4 cm slices. Each slice will need to be sliced into three parts.
3. Spread hazelnut cream on the three slices and make a sandwich.
4. Dip the bottom of the mini cake in some dark chocolate and decorate with some hazelnut cream.
5. Refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving.

Homemade Flauti:
INGREDIENTS
for the dough:
125ml milk
20 fresh yeast
500g flour
80g sugar
125ml yogurt
1 egg
for the filling:
jam
hazelnut spread
DIRECTIONS
1. Dissolve the fresh yeast in the milk. Gradually add the sugar, yogurt, egg, flour and a pinch of salt.
2. Let the dough rise for 2 hours. Divide it into many rectangles.
3. Fill each one with a spoonful of jam or hazelnut cream. Roll them up.
4. let them rise for an additional hour and then bake them at 180°C.
TIP
To make them softer, once you remove them from the oven, cover them with a tea towel. This will allow the steam to make them softer.

150g butter
for the cream:
400g cream cheese
50ml whipping cream
2 eggs
80g sugar

DIRECTIONS
1. Crumble the cookies, and then add the sugar and melted butter to them. Pour the mixture into a square cake pan and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
2. Make the cream by combining the cream cheese with the eggs, sugar and whipping cream.
3. Pour this mixture onto the cookie base and bake at 170°C for 50 minutes.
4. Once cooled, cut out the snack bars and make an indentation in the center of each bar.
5. Fill it with strawberry jam and drizzle with some white chocolate.
