Homemade ice cream cones:
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
salt
vanilla extract
120g sugar
30g butter
50ml milk
130g flour
dark chocolate
chopped almonds
DIRECTIONS
1. Beat together the eggs, salt and vanilla extract. Mix in the sugar, butter, milk, and flour.
2. Once you’ve obtained a smooth batter, pour one spoonful of it onto a hot pan.
3. Spread it out to make a large wafer and cook each side for about 4 minutes.
4. Roll it up to form the cone as soon as you remove it from the pan.
5. Once the cone has set, garnish it with chocolate and chopped almonds.

2. Roll the strips of dough around the bottom side of muffin molds.
3. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes. Let them cool.
4. Fill with ice-cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
