Fried pumpkin: a delicious side dish to try!

INGREDIENTS
500ml milk
1 round pumpkin
1 small bunch of sage
1 small bunch of thyme
1 small bunch of rosemary
Breadcrumbs
2 eggs
Salt
Pepper
Oil
METHOD
- Cut the pumpkin into slices, remove the seeds and peel.
- Pour 500 ml of milk into a pot, add the pumpkin slices and boil for 5 minutes. Blend the herbs and mix with breadcrumbs and pepper
- Beat two eggs, add salt, then coat the pumpkin in the egg, and top with the breadcrumb mixture. Fry in vegetable oil until Golden.
